Ratan is Manu’s cousin. He is a 30 years old level headed entrepreneur. He wants to build a company which is real, solid and profitable. He is a practical guy and is content with what he has. He knows that one can’t be a millionaire over night. He is not impressed with the dot com glitters. He wants to help Manu by guiding him to a better life but wouldn’t lend him money to gamble on stocks.
