Elizabeth is an SEC agent.  She didn't fall into this profession.  She chose it and she works hard to do the best job she can.  She is one of those few people who truly wants to do things the right way while making a constant effort to be fair to those around her.  She is very smart, but also has a very soft side.  She has a tough profession and has gotten to know all sorts of people, so she really appreciates people who try to be decent.
